We have developed an innovative pilates program using a blend of Clinical Pilates exercises, and traditional physiotherapy exercises, to improve the effectiveness of the program. It aims to bridge the gap between Physiotherapy & gym exercises.
We incorporate into a floor programme the use of large and small balls, band, and foam rollers to further challenge your stability, and improve the variety of exercises within the programme. Our program suits all ages, and we offer classes specifically for Mammas to be, Mumma’s low back pain, neck pain/postural problems, atheletes, and for anyone who wants to work on improving their core stability and getting the most out of their body.
We offer a range and a variation of floor classes tailored to match the level and requirements of the class participants. To keep you challenged, and to keep you interested, we use different pieces of equipment in our classes. Their simple design easily adapts to a variety of techniques enhancing balance, body awareness, correct muscle recruitment patterns, dynamic strengthening and mobilisation of the spine.
